I record Tv programmes almost constantly so I have a schedule set up for this. Sometimes when the TiVME hang, or I restart the computer, it wont auto restart quickly.
For example I set schedule for 8.00pm - 10.00pm and 10pm to 12am. If suddenly it hangs at 9pm, so I close and restart the software. It will wait until the scheduled 10pm then only it start record. If only the software can automatically match with the scheduled 8-10pm and start record instanty after I restart the software will be better. Now I need to create another "ONLY ONCE"schedule from 9pm-10pm so I did not miss anything for that hour.
Error message 'file not supported' appears when attempting playback.

TiVME is an application that allows you to manage all the KWorld TVTunners attached to PC. However, you should check the manual of the software to see exactly what are the video file formats supported by the player, because as far as I know, these apps also have video players and it's possible that the video player supports only the formats created by the tunner application only.
I want to add the Recall function in control-bar. Can you help?

Unfortunately, you can't add the Recall function in control-bar. You can access it only from the Tool menu or from your remote control. It is represented by Click to view icon. For further details, I suggest you check the user guide provided by KWorld Computer, the application developer.
Since I bought and installed TiVMe, I have been unable to hear the sound from TV channels. I can hear the audio from radio channels. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, launch the program, open the Digital TV interface and from the Tools menu press the Audio button next to Mute. If you're watching cable/antenna TV on TiVme right-click anywhere and you will open the Tool Menu. After that, select the Mute Off or Volume Up icon. For further information go to Start > All Programs > KWorld Multimedia > Manual and open the English version. If you still have issues, update the software to the latest version.

Try installing a codec pack and then repeat the playback process: http://combined-community-codec-pack.software.informer.com/
